What is this fashion carries identification bracelets for the celebs?

I was at Fashion Valley mall today, and this supplier was trying to sell me some simple but nice bracelets, I think that blocks the wives and hearts of the blockades. They are not cheap, about $ 40 per piece and no discount for purchasing more than one. It also shows celebrities wearing the "trendy" bracelets, which are made by a name type of identification something. Thus the name identification bracelet and necklaces. Does anyone here know exactly what is called?
